4. Shipping & Delivery

5. Replacement Policy

  • Our products are carefully checked before dispatch.
  • A product is eligible for replacement only in the following cases:
    • Physical damage to the clock during transit.
    • Software malfunction that prevents the clock from functioning as intended.
  • Customers must notify us of damage or malfunction within 7 days of receiving the product, along with photo/video evidence.
  • Replacement requests will be verified before approval.
  • No replacements are allowed for damages caused by mishandling, improper installation, unauthorized repairs, or normal wear and tear.

6. No Returns or Refunds

  • Since our products are digital and customized in nature, we do not offer returns or refunds, except in cases covered under our Replacement Policy.

7. Warranty

  • Our Digital Astro Wall Clocks come with a 1-month limited warranty covering manufacturing defects and software malfunctions.
  • The warranty does not cover accidental damage, misuse, unauthorized modifications, or power fluctuations.
